We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee. Pet rent is $20 per pet per month. There is a weight limit of 50 pounds or under per pet, and restricted breeds are not allowed. Restricted Aggressive Breeds Include: Akita, Spitz, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler and Pitt Bull.
